Search engine optimisation requires continuous analysis, maintenance and tweaking of many on-site and off-site factors, it is an ongoing process taking many months, you may have seen people offering to rank your websites in days, or 48 hours. These websites are usually pretending to be doing search engine optimisation but in reality what they are doing is PPC management.

In the UK, 90% of the market is dominated by one big fish. Google. Keyword Research

first things first, we’ll ask you what you think people type in to find your website, and what you want them to be typing in. As the general public have been gradually getting a lot better at typing things into Google to find exactly what they want. Years ago it was one and two words now we are finding people are typing three and four words into Google. We will take the words you give us and put them into our tools and come up with a definitive list of keywords that people are actually using to search the internet.

Competitor analysis

Taking the keywords we discussed, we will then have a good nosey at your competiors, the people who are ranking for the keywords you want to be ranking for. We will look into where they are getting there links from, how much content they have on their websites and lots of other little things that we know Google takes into account.

The actual optimisation bit

Once we have discussed keywords, and your competitors, we will allocate time to our search team and get to work getting you to the top of the rankings, we will not disclose to anyone that we are working on your site. We will not (like some unscrupulous companies) start dropping links onto your website so we rank better. You are paying us to do your work, not the other way round.
